Overview

Tennessee Whitetail deer hunting is some of the most challenging Whitetail hunting in North America. Goodman Ranch provides great natural cover for the “grey ghost” to hide, and this makes for an exciting and challenging hunt. Early in the fall we like to hunt in the mature hardwood forests, where the white oaks are dropping their acorns. This time of year is probably the most beautiful time around here, because of all the hardwood hill country changing colors. Later in the year, we hunt over food plots where the whitetail deer like to come when the food is getting sparse in the woods. We have over 100 acres of food plots containing five different kinds of clover, wheat, rye, chicory, and other vegetation designed to stimulate antler growth and overall good general health.
